Great product and great service!
From my online enquiry to the follow-up phone call to the delivery and installation, I couldn't be happier with both Australian Made Clotheslines and the Austral Addaline 35 Clothesline that I purchased. Everyone I spoke with at AMC was very friendly and helpful. Matt, who came and did the installation (ground-mounted), was so good I didn't even know he had been there (I was at work when he attended the house). The ground around the stand didn't look like it had been moved, it was put back exactly as he had found it, and all rubbish was removed. My only disappointment was the 'wet weather' cover that I bought to go with the clothesline. Whilst it is a fantastic idea, it's not that practical. It is almost impossible to pull the cover as taut as it looks in the pictures which results in water pooling on top and some of the outer lines being unusable. I also found that when using the cover to protect my washing from the rain, the velcro attachment at the front fills up with water (quite odd as there are no holes). Overall, I would recommend the product and the company!
Item is good to use but design is very agricultural
